LAHORE, Pakistan: Protest rallies were taken out in all cities of largest province of Pakistan, Punjab. Main protest rally was taken out from Darbar Bibi Pak Daman, empress Road Lahore. While reaching press club Lahore, rally turned into demonstration. TNFJ Punjab President Allama Hussain Muqaddesi and other ulema addressed the gathering.

In Faisalabad, Narowal, Sargodha and Multan, rallies were held in front of Press clubs. Multan protest was lead by Allama Zahid Abbas kazmi, Professor Shaid Abbas, Mohtashim Naqvi and other scholars.

In Jhang rally was taken out from Athara Hazari chowk which was lead by Makdoom Nazakat Naqvi, Sardar naveed Baloch, Sardar Azhar Khan, Zakir Ali Raza advocate and Sunni speaker Molana Hamid Raza Sultani.

The participants of the rallies also adopted a few resolutions while raising vociferous slogans in which they demanded to declare the combined heritage of the Islamic World Makkah Mukarramah and Madinah Munawwarah as open cities so that Muslims can perform worship according to their own beliefs and fulfill the duties of their protection.

In Chakwal, rally was taken out from Imam Bargah Gulistan e Zahra (sa). Allama Saqlain haidri, Allama Maqsood Raza Abid, Syed Wajid hamdani and others lead the procession.
