TNFJ condemns terrorism in Karachi, demands arrest of assassins

RAWALPINDI, April 24: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan while terming the gory murder of Syed Aal-e-Raza, Fahd Hussain, Nasir Ali and that of a doctor and a trader earlier as a part of continued acts of terrorism has strongly condemned the same. In a statement issued here on Wednesday, he said our perpetual enemy was responsible for all this to divert the world attention from continued anti-Muslim riots in India because the Indian opposition has demanded sacking of Chief Minister of the affected province of Gujerat flopping the secular slogan raised by the Indian government.

Agha Moosavi said the game of terrorism is played with short breaks in days when any religious festival or programme is approaching or like the President of Pakistan is on "Meet the People" tour. He said objective of creating anarchy and unrest in the country is aimed at destabilising the nation and the motherland. He said they had invited the government attention during the Central Cabinet meeting of the Tehreek held on April 14 that they should fix the terrorists and the secret agencies should utilise all their energies in fixing the terrorists instead of trailing the political elite. He said we had also asked the government to set up Muharram Azadari Cells till 12th Rabiul Awwal in the provinces also like the one that was established in the Interior Ministry and publicise the same so that Azadars could get their problems resolved.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said the government has announced to hold Referendum before the Chehlum of Shuhada-e-Karbala ignoring our demand as a result of which the TNFJ had to decide to remain aloof from Referendum keeping in view the Ayyam-e-Aza because we keep our belief and motherland dearer of all other things. He strongly demanded from the government to ensure restoration of peace in the country and fix the terrorists, arrest the assassins of all victims of incidents of terrorism reported from Karachi on Tuesday including the Shuhada-e-Qasba Colony and give them exemplary punishment. He appealed the countrymen to give priority to restoration of peace and do not see the incidents of terrorism in the backdrop of Maslak and Maktab because those who are doing so were not sincere with the nation and the country and desire to create unrest in the motherland. He expressed heart-felt sympathies with the bereaved families of the Shuhada.
