London mourns Imam Ali (AS)’s martyrdom

LONDON: Followers of Ahlul Bayt (AS) residing in London arranged Majalis-e-Aza and took out Juloos-e-aza to commemorate Shahadat of Ameerul Momineen (Commander of Faithful) Hazrat Ali Ibn-e-Abi Talib (AS).
A Juloos-e-Aza, attended by a large number of people, was started from Marble Arch near Hyde Park, London, United Kingdom, on Ramazan 19 and culminated in South Street. Earlier, a majlis-e-aza was held to mourn the martyrdom of Imam Ali (AS) in open air at one of the significant streets in marble Arch.
Meanwhile, a Majlis was held at Idara-e-Jaaferiya, London, on 21st Ramzan at daytime. Hamid Raza, Sayed Riasat, Sayed Mumtaz, Ali Haider and many others addressed.
Separately, Ansar Az-Zahra Organization arranged the reenactment (Play) of The martyrdom Of Imam Ali Ibn-e-Abi Talib (AS) titled “Wa Aliya” on 19 Ramazan at 5.30 pm at Hussainiah Al-Rasool Al-Adham, Cricklewood Lane, London. Sayed Gheeath delivered a lecture at 8.00pm on the occasion, followed by lamentations.
