Book review: Al-Abbas [as] man of faith and struggle

Al-Abbas (AS) – Rajul Al-Aqidah Wal Jehad (Al-Abbas [as] man of faith and struggle) is a new book published in Islamic Republic of Iran.
The author, As-Sayid Muhammad Aly Yousaf, throws light in detail on the holy life and personality of Hazrat Abbas ibne Ali ibne Abi Talib (AS), the standard bearer of Hazrat Imam Hussain (AS)’s army in Karbala. He focused on the great role of Hazrat Abbas (AS) played in the plain of Karbala.
The book, consisting of 216 pages, contains these topics: wedding of Hazrat Ali ibne Abi Talib (AS) with Hazrat Ummul Baneen (SA), brothers and sisters of Hazrat Abbas (AS), Hazrat Abbas (AS) in his father Imam Ali Ibne Abi Talib (AS)’s company, event of Karbala, miracles of Hazrat Abbas (AS), history of Hazrat Abbas (AS)’s shrine and many others.
