No protest or mourning other than Azadari (Hussaini Mourning) till Rabiul Awwal 8, Moosavi

By: Salman Alvi

RAWALPINDI, Pakistan: The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that no grief is greater than that of Holy Prophet (SAAW) and his Progeny (A.S.) therefore, no protest or mourning will be observed except Azadari (Hussaini Mourning) till 8th Rabiul Awwal. This was stated by him while announcing to observe “International Hafta-e-Aza” from 23-29 Safar in connection with the Wisaal of the Khatmi Martabat (SAAW) and Shahadat of Nawasa-e-Rasool Hazrat Imam Hassan Mujtaba (A.S.). He said today every city of Pakistan is grieved owing to colonial aggression and the satanic forces have not even spared the holiest month of Muharramul Haram and then hit the bus of Azadaran following by bomb blast at Jinnah Hospital in Karachi on the day of Chehlum that is a heinous conspiracy not only against Pakistan but also against the religion and Shariat. He said as Khanwada-e-Ahle Bait (A.S.) are defenders of Shariat and mankind, their followers are being targeted from Karbala to Karachi.

Agha Moosavi said we, by following in the foot-steps of Khanwada-e-Ahle Bait (A.S.), want to prove that we can neither be threatened with the nefarious tactics of suicide attacks or blasts nor can be diverted from the right path. We want to declare that even we are cut into pieces and these pieces are burnt into ashes spread into the air, the every particle of this ash would raise the voice of Labbaik Ya Hussain (A.S.), he added. He said the Khanwada-e-Rasool (A.S.) presented exemplary sacrifices for the humanity, religion and Shariat and if we offer our lives in way of Hussainiyyat, it would be a blessing for us. We give priority to the Shuhada of Khanwada-e-Risalat (A.S.) over our deaths and Shahadat, and observe only their grief from 1st Muharram to 8th Rabiul Awwal because there is a saying of the Masoom (A.S.) that our followers are those who are happy in our happiness and are grieved in our grief. Only those are the Azadars of Hussain (A.S.) and devotees of Rasool (SAAW) who follow this path, he added.

The TNFJ chief said 28th Safar is commensurate with the grief of Paighambar-e-Islam who confronted with evil forces for 23 years after remaining silent for 40 years. As many as 104 wars were inflicted on him but he never adopted the path of aggression and made it clear on his opponents that he would not hesitate in saying Kalma-e-Haq come what may. The Paighambar-e-Islam (SAAW), through his good moral and good seerat proved that he is the preacher of Islam, peace and tranquillity and hates war, conflict, riot and hatred, he said adding that by signing Sulah-e-Hudaibia, he declared on the world that Islam gives priority to peace over all matters. He said the Paighambar-e-Islam (SAAW) was not a student of any school, college, university or a jamia, he used to utilize the Godly power in connection with his preaching. He stayed with faith in Allah only and began his work alone and shattered irrelevant customs, ignorance, biases and brutality within a small period of 23 years.

Agha Moosavi said that at the time of his Wisaal, he as gift to Muslim Ummah said: “I am leaving two invaluable things amongst you; one is the Kitaab allah and the other is my Itrat i.e. Ahle Bait (A.S.). If you followed both, I say with responsibility that you will never lose the right path”. He said Rasool (SAAW) does not utter any word without Wahi or Ilhaam but it is tragic that the Muslim Ummah avoided to utilize the gift given by the Paighambar-e-Islam (SAAW) as a result of which the whole Muslim Ummah is licking her wounds today. He said instead of following the instruction of the Holy Prophet (SAAW), the Muslim Ummah carried out oppression against Ahle Bait (A.S.) to the extent that even the history is ashamed of that attitude. He said Nawasa-e-Rasool Hazrat Imam Hassan (A.S.) is also amongst those who suffered that oppression. He said there is a saying of the Rasool (SAAW) that goes: “Hassan (A.S.) and Hussain (A.S.) are Sardars of heaven”. Another place, he said: “Hassan (A.S.) and Hussain (A.S.) are Imam, whether they stay or make peace i.e. sit down is their choice”. He said Imam Hassan (A.S.) made peace in his era by following Sulah-e-Hudaibia signed by his grandfather (SAAW) that unveiled the dangerous conspiracy of Ummavi Jirga and their enmity with Islam came in the open as the opponent of Imam Hassan (A.S.) himself uttered after the peace deal: “Oh, people of Iraq. By God! I was not fighting for Nimaz, fasting, zakat, Haj rather my only objective was to achieve power and Allah has succeeded in achieving the same”.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi presenting condolences to the devotees of Risalat (SAAW) and Imamat (A.S.) prayed for giving us courage to follow the spiritual and Illahi commandments of these holy personalities. He appealed the Islamian-e-Pakistan to organize religious functions, Majalis and take out processions giving practical proof of their devotion to the Rasool (SAAW) and Ahle Bait (A.S.).

Meanwhile, a Central Committee of the TNFJ has been formed to organize programmes for International Hafta-e-Aza. Dr. S.M. Rizvi has been nominated Convener and Salman Haideri as Secretary of this Committee.
