RAWALPINDI, Pakistan: The International Ashra-e-Beemar-e-Karbala
observed throughout the country to mark the Shahadat of
Syed-us-Sajideen Hazrat Imam Zainul Abideen (A.S.) on the call of
Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi concluded
on Wednesday.
Majalis-e-Aza were held and Taboot processions were taken out
throughout the country on this occasion. Taboot procession was taken
out from Imambargah Zainul Abideen (A.S.) under the auspices of
Anjuman Faiz-e-Punjtan in which Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed
Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi made special participation and performed Ziarat
of the Taboot. The procession later terminated after reaching Ali
Masjid.


Earlier, Allama Ijaz Hussain Modarris, addressing the Majlis said
that Hazrat Imam Zainul Abideen (A.S.) enlightened the religion,
Shariat and Hussainiyyat forever with his character, courage and
firmness in the darkest era of oppression and brutality. He said
oswah-e-Sajjadia is the beacon of light for the oppressed and the
have-nots the world over.
Allama Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi, in his address said that Imam Ali Ibn
Al-Hussain (A.S.) is the eyewitness of the Karbala incident who saved
the honour and dignity of the Aal-e-Rasool (A.S.) in the burning tents
and took care of the Dastaar-e-Imamat.
Maulana Malik Ijlal Haider Al-Haideri also addressed the Majlis.
Hassan Jafar Zaidi Brothers and Qasim Rizvi performed Marsia Khwani
while Matmi Dasta Dua-e-Syeda and Matmi Dasta Ghulaman-e-Abu Talib
performed Matamdari.


Syed Tanvir Kazmi, Secretary Information, Anjuman Faiz-e-Punjtan
presented a resolution on this occasion which was unanimously adopted
by the participants. The resolution reiterated resolve to ensure
implementation of the Code of Azadari announced by the Quaid-i-Millat
Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi till 8th Rabiul Awwal, come
what may.
Khateeba Samina Mushtaq addressed Majlis Beemar-e-Karbala organized by
Anjuman Dukhtaran-e-Islam at Markazi imambagah Jamia-tul-Murtaza G-9/4
Islamabad. Nusrat Kazmi performed Marsia Khwani.
Meanwhile, according to reports reaching the TNFJ offices,
Majalis-e-Aza were held and Taboot Beemar-e-Karbala was taken out in
Karachi, Lahore, Quetta, Peshawar, Dera Ismail Khan, Tank, Hyderabad,
Larkana, Nawabshah, Sukkur, Khairpur Mirs, Sargodha, Multan, Dera
Ghazi Khan, Bhakkar, Faisalabad, Jhelum, Attock, Gujrat, Kohat,
Bahawalpur, and other cities.
