TNFJ slams govt policy of giving lip-service to root out terrorism
By: Salman Alvi
RAWALPINDI, Pakistan: The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid
Ali Shah Moosavi has said that the government was following the policy
of giving lip-service instead of taking practical steps to root out
the menace of terrorism. If it is sincere with the nation and the
country then it should take concrete steps on war footing to share the
grief of the families affected by terrorism.
This was stated by him while talking to a representative delegation
comprising TNFJ Sarhad leaders Maj. (Retd) Hasnain Haider Kazmi,
Sardar Ali Asghar Qazilbash, Mir Abu Ghazanfar, S.A. Kazmi, and Sardar
Ali Afzaal.
He expressed his grave concern that the whole country in general, and
Sarhad Province in particular, are in the grip of terrorism. He said
no progress has been reported in the case of gory murder of Dr.
Saqlain Haider Kazmi and Muhammad Abbas Advocate in Peshawar despite
the arrest of culprits. He reminded that the TNFJ, on the occasion of
funeral of these Shuhada had appealed the Peshawar High Court Chief
Justice to take suo moto notice of all such incidents but no
development has been seen yet in this case.
Agha Moosavi said that there is an open conflict in the words and
deeds of the government and rulers and politicians were busy to save
themselves and score points against their opponents. He said
international agenda is being progressed by promoting terrorism in
Pakistan under the heinous international conspiracy and all schools of
thought would have to thwart this conspiracy through practical display
of unity and brotherhood without any discrimination. He said everyone
should keep in mind that death could not be avoided by leaving the
pious mission rather life is extended by disseminating good. He said
there is a saying of the Amirul Momineen Hazrat Ali Ibne Abi Talib
(A.S.) that death itself protects life, therefore, it could not come
before the set-out time. No one is aware what would happen tomorrow,
therefore, no one should shirk his responsibilities, he added.
The TNFJ chief said that we have to do everything for the pleasure of
Muhammad (SAAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.). He said the followers of
Nabi (SAAW) and Ali (A.S.) are not afraid of death and they continue
their mission come what may. Terrorism, suicide attacks and blasts
could not divert us from the path of Hussainiyyat, he said and added
that we have filed the Bari Imam Incident case in the court of Hazrat
Zehra (S.A.). He said we are continuing our mission despite threats
because if the oppressors could continue their work then the oppressed
will have to continue their mission come what may because the powers
of good and evil remained side by side in every era; we would continue
raising our voice for the oppressed and no power on earth could stop
us from doing so.
The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that
Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya had presented Moosavi Peace Formula in
Supreme Court when former Chief Justice Sajjad Ali Shah had taken suo
moto notice of terrorism. He said Anti-Terrorism Act was enforced
keeping in mind that formula, and the government had banned 26
extremist organizations twice but now the same banned groups were
active with new names and they are being supported both by the
government and the opposition. He said dream to restore durable peace
in the country could not come true without taking lawful action
against the banned groups with sincerity of purpose. He said
Hussainiyyat could not be rooted out even we all are murdered and this
mission would continue unabated.
He said we give priority to the nation, country, unity and brotherhood
over all other matters; that is why we have announced to observe
Country-Wide Chehlum of Shuhada on March 19 who have lost their life
in incidents of terrorism without any discrimination. We share the
grief of the bereaved families of Shuhada. Strongly condemning the
target killing of four MQM workers in Karachi on Wednesday he said we
would have to work for the collective interest of the nation and the
country by giving up all types of differences. We have to promote love
and peace and to thwart the conspiracies of our combined enemy through
unity and brotherhood, he added.

"Knowledge is
better than wealth because it protects you while you have to
guard wealth. it decreases if you keep on spending it but the
more you make use of knowledge ,the more it increases . what you
get through wealth disappears as soon as wealth disappears but
what you achieve through knowledge will remain even after you."MORE
