RAWALPINDI, Pakistan: The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that appointment of chiefs of Islamic Council of Ideology and other religious organisations under political deal is contrary to the Constitution, therefore, the government should give this right to all recognised schools of thought in phases through including the people nominated by these recognised schools of thought for inclusion in these organisations instead of posting their hand-picked people. This was stated by him while delivering his presidential address at the two-day high level meeting of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan in which delegates from Federal Capital Islamabad, all the four provinces, Azad Kashmir, and Gilgit-Baltistan participated. Important decisions were taken regarding law and order situation in the country and arrangements for oncoming Muharram. The decisions taken on the occasion will be announced at a press conference.

Agha Moosavi said the recognised schools of thought i.e. Sunni-Shia had equal participation in creating Pakistan and handling it but both have been deprived of their rights while those who are averse to Pakistan Ideology and Quaid-i-Azam are being imposed on important organisations. He said representation in State organisations on the basis of equality is our right which we shall never forego but our silence should not be considered our weakness at the same time; we keep survival, integrity and solidarity of the motherland very dear over everything else and will continue our struggle to achieve our rights at every cost.

He said the government has imposed restriction on wrong use of loudspeaker while cases are being registered against those who are using it correctly. Therefore, he added, the government should clarify the law viz. wrong and correct use of the same. He said how tyrant tactics and black laws can be accepted in a democratic era. He said illegal use of anything should be restricted but harassing citizens without any cogent reason on the legal use of the same is tantamount to tearing the Constitution apart and snubbing the basic rights. He said hatred, enragement whether through loudspeaker or without it should not be allowed whiles the wrong and correct use of loudspeaker and media is going from Aiwan-e-Sadr to National Assembly, Senate, and other forums.

The TNFJ chief called upon the government to also clarify what does it mean by restriction on 26 organisations? Is the restriction is on their names only? Because they are not only active with new names after declaration of ban on them rather they are also included in government’s peace committees, Ulema Board, and political alliances government and opposition make them sit around them and media gives them complete coverage that smacks of duplicity in their policy. He said the dream of rooting out terrorism from the country could not come true by begging peace from the miscreants. He said we have no personal friendship or enmity with anyone rather its standard is based on Islam, people and Pakistan only. He said the terrorism that began with knife has reached the suicide attacks and national institutions, innocent citizens and armed forces headquarters are not safe from them.

Agha Moosavi said today everyone was recognising the Moosavi Peace Formula presented by Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan in the Supreme Court when former Chief Justice Sajjad Ali Shah had taken suo moto notice of terrorism. According to this formula, a terrorist does not keep any Maktab and a country as he is only a terrorist and should be seen and tackled in that context only. He said there is no Maktabi conflict in any region of the world including motherland Pakistan rather colonial chiefs were behind international terrorism to fulfil their expansionist designs and dreams to rule over the whole world. For this purpose, he said, they are bent upon rooting out Muslims in the garb of terrorism and their next target after Afghanistan and Iraq is Pakistan and for this purpose they are fully supporting our perpetual enemy India. The recent Indian tour of American president Obama is a proof which was a part of proving Pakistan a terrorist State as both India and America announced to root out hide-outs in Pakistan jointly that would be a step toward interference in Pakistan’s internal affairs, he said adding that most tragic part of this fact is that no one has raised a voice of protest against this provocative statement.

He said American proposal to form an effective Security Council is American tactic to make India its permanent member and aimed at giving authority to India to snub Kashmiris and is tantamount to stabbing in the back of Kashmiris. He said the government should not dance to the tune of friendship with India rather it should give priority to Pakistan’s integrity and solidarity over all other matters. He said the OIC, Arab League, and Muslim rulers should kiss the ‘Hajr-e-Aswad’ instead of taking rounds of ‘Bait Al-Abyuz’. They should form “Mutahidda Muslim Mohaz” for solution of their problems instead of referring the same to others. He said it is necessary to get rid of colonial chief so as to get rid of terrorism.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi reiterated that motherland Pakistan is the fruit of joint sacrifices rendered by recognised schools of thought and every conspiracy to divert it from Nazria-e-Asaasi will be thwarted. He said Hussainiyyat is survival and life while Yazidiyyat is destruction and monster-like attitude, therefore, hatred against Yazidi powers of the current era and their Zionist and Hindu agents and practical support to all freedom fighters including those of Kashmir and Palestine would continue.

TNFJ Resolutions

Indian and American Declaration to root out hide-outs of terrorists is announcement of an open war against Pakistan and the government should prepare a joint line of action against America and its Zionist and Hindu agents by taking all patriotic forces into confidence, foreign policy should be corrected and instead of America relations with Muslim States and long-standing friend China should be made central points of foreign policy, while first of all a joint bloc of Pakistan, Iran, Afghanistan and Turkey should be set up as a step to establish Muslim Mutahidda Mohaz. These demands were aired in resolutions adopted at the conclusion of two-day high level meeting of TNFJ held at the headquarters of Maktab-e-Tashih. Central and provincial office-bearers and elite of TNFJ participated in the meeting presided over by Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi.

The resolutions presented by TNFJ Spokesman Allama Qamar Haider Zaidi expressed concern over the diplomatic and defence relations amongst India, America and Israel. The resolution told the rulers not to be optimistic as the delivery of weapons and war equipment worth trillions to India by Israel and America is the foremost target of Pakistan as America, for the time being, is not in a position to enter in conflict with China. American-Indian friendship’s objective is to overcome the only atomic power of the Islamic World i.e. Pakistan. American colonialism is open enemy of Muslims and they were not digesting an Islamic State becoming of an atomic power. The resolution made it clear to the Muslim rulers that America is not a friend of anyone, and any defence agreements with her are useless, giving support to her economy with agreements worth billions of dollars is not a wise step as America, despite CEATO and CENTO defence agreements never supported Pakistan in any war against India and Pakistan, which was the biggest States amongst the Islamic World, was divided into two awaiting American help and its Naval Fleet. The resolution called upon the Islamic States to utilise its resources in the interest of Islamic World instead of throwing the same in American and western laps, while Muslim States should be given priority in trade, diplomatic relations and economy.

Another resolution said that American effort to win Security Council’s membership for India is the sign of danger. America is trying to bring her subordinate four States into Security Council while ignoring the 20 per cent population of the Islamic World and Muslim rulers’ submissive attitude is responsible for such a state of affairs. The resolution called upon the Government of Pakistan to play a leading role in winning over Veto power by persuading China and the Islamic World to support her while Indian entry to the Security Council should be checked as a terrorist State that was carrying out oppression against unarmed Kashmiris and religious and racial minorities has no right to become a permanent member of the Security Council and any such effort would shatter the South Asian peace.

Another resolution termed the efforts to promote friendly relations with India before solution of Kashmir issue a treachery with the blood of Shuhada of Pakistan Movement and Kashmir. The resolution said supportive elements in political alliances and giving representation to people other than true representatives of recognised schools of thought in religious organisations is contrary to the Constitution and tantamount to fraud. The true representative of Maktab-e-Tashih would considered the one that is nominated by the representative organisation of Maktab-e-Tashih i.e. Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya. The resolution lamented that recognised schools of thought i.e. Sunnis and Shias are deprived of their rights in Pakistan that was the fruit of their joint struggle. Another resolution with reference to wrong use of loudspeaker said who will decide about the wrong and correct use of loudspeaker? Does there no wrong use of it in Assemblies? The resolution demanded from the government to stop the wrong use of loudspeaker and implement this law judiciously.

Another resolution criticised the friendly overtures of Federal and provincial governments towards banned terrorist organisations and termed the demand from the Punjab government for withdrawal of cases against ulema and free the terrorists tantamount to helping them that would be dangerous for the nation and the country. The resolution said America was supporting terrorism in Pakistan and Hillary Clinton’s statement ratifies this notion therefore getting rid from America is the need of the hour. The resolution said that if the rulers and leaders are sincere in rooting out terrorism then they should take notice of the pros and cons of terrorism given in the Moosavi Peace Formula presented in the Supreme Court while Anti-Terrorism Act should be implemented in its true spirit.

The resolution expressed complete solidarity with the Pakistan’s armed forces. It demanded immediate withdrawal of occupation forces from Iraq and Afghanistan. Yet another resolution said that every sacrifice would be rendered for the honour, dignity and protection of motherland Pakistan and for promoting unity and brotherhood amongst all schools of thought. Line of action was also given a final shape for the oncoming Muharram in consultation with all provincial representatives which will be announced by Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi before Muharram.

TNFJ Secretary General Syed Mazhar Ali Shah Advocate, Maj. (Retd) Baqir Bokhari, Ammar Yassir Alvi, Allama Hussain Muqaddasi, Maj. (Retd) Hasnain Haider Kazmi, Allama Basharat Hussain Imami, Sardar Tariq Jafri, Mardan Ali Hazara, Syed Riaz Kazmi, Syed Mohsin Al-Hussaini, Tahir-ul-Hassan Kazmi, Sardar Ibadat Hussain Shah, M.H. Jafri, Aala Haider, Bu Ali Mehdi, Amjad Naqvi, Wajih-ul-Hassan Kazmi and others presented their recommendations during the meeting. Decision to observe Hafta-e-
Wilayat from Zilhij 17-24 was also taken. Fateha was offered for elder worker of TNFJ and caretaker of Aza Khana Zehra Pando Street Lahore and his death was termed a great national loss.
