Peaceful demos continue in Saudi

RIYADH, Saudi Arabia: Visual reports emerging from Saudi
Arabia show protest rallies in Qatif and Awamiya cities in the
oil-rich Mominin-dominated Eastern province were in continuation for
the second consecutive day on Saturday.
The peaceful protests attended by thousands called for the withdrawal
of Saudi troops from neighboring Bahrain where they are leading a
1,500-man Gulf military force to shore up the Sunni monarchy against
mostly Shiite demonstrators, and political rights and freedoms at
home.
