Ashuraa ceremonies, Husseini Sha’a’er on climax in Karbala

HOLY CITY OF KARBALA, Iraq: In commemoration of Karbala tragedy,
several million mourners from across the country and neighboring
States have reached in the holy city of Karbala to observe at the holy
mausoleum of Imam Hussein (p) the darkest day in the universal history
- Ashuraa. Ashura falls this year on December 6 Tuesday.
Security has been beefed up in the holy cities of Najaf and Karbala
marking Ashuraa – Moharram 10 when Abi Al-Ahraar Al-Imam al-Hussein
was martyred.
