Id e Zahra celebrations in Iran

HOLY CITY OF QOM, Iran: Id-i-Zahraa also known as
Id-i-Shujaa and the festival of coronation of Hazret Imam Mehdi
al-Hojja Al-Montazar (ATF) were reverently observed in Iran on Rabi
Al- Awal 9.
Main celebration was held in holy Qom, the city of Karimeh Ahli Beit
Hazret Fatimeh Masumeh (a.s.). Hundreds of thousands of people
attended.
Cakes, candies and sweetmeats were distributed marking
the auspicious occasion.
