Karbala drapes black to mourn Al-Hauraa Zainab (AS), Mawakeb azaa descend

HOLY CITY OF KARBALA, Iraq: On Rajab 15, June 18, Holy Husseini
shrine witnessed arrival of large number of mourning processions
marking the martyrdom anniversary of Aqeelatol Hashmiyyin As-Sayyedah
Zaynab binte Ali bin Abi Talib (AS).
Meanwhile, shopping malls and markets were closed and the whole city
was wrapped in black on this sad occasion.
Flocks of visitors, since dawn, have been stepping in the holy
Karbala to offer their condolence to Al-Imam Al-Hussein (AS) on the
anniversary of martyrdom of Al-Hauraa Zainab (AS).
Security was tightened for the pilgrims.
