Fatimiyah Mourning rituals held in Istanbul

ISTANBUL, Turkey: Marking Fatimiyah Mourning Days to commemorate
the martyrdom anniversary of Sayydah Fatimah az-zahra (S), the
daughter of Prophet Muhammad (S), majalis al-azaiyah were held in
Turkey.
On Jamady Al-Oulaa 18, a majlis al-Fatimiyah was organized at Al-Imam
Zein al-Abidin (S) mosque in Istanbul attended by thousands of
devotees.
Prayer leader of the mosque started the majlis welcoming those who
came from outside Turkey including Husseini speaker Sheikh Jalal
Ma’ash, Husseini elegist Hameed Alimi and al-ostaz Sayed Jalal
Shahidi. Sheikh Jalal Ma’ash began his address with hadith of Al-Imam
Jafar As-Sadiq (AS) that he who knew the right of Fatimah, he has
found Laylatol Qadr, while highlighting the greatness of the night. He
further threw light on similarities between Laylatol Qadr and Fatimah
Az-Zahra (S).
Hameed Alimi recited elegies marking the sad occasion.
