‘Great Prophet – divine leadership’ festival culminates in Karbala

HOLY CITY OF KARBALA, Iraq: Three-day Festival Rabi-or
Risalah in connection with the birth anniversary of chief of prophets
Prophet Muhammad Al-Mostafa (s) and his grandson Al-Imam Muhammad
Jafar As-Sadiq (a) concluded in the holy city of Karbala on Friday
February 10.
Authorities of the two holy shrines Al-Imam Al-Hussein
(AS) and Al-Abbas (AS) arrange this festival annually. Delegates from
Europe, Asia and Africa attend the festival that consists of Islamic
discussions, art exhibition and Quranic evenings etc.
The festival titled ‘Great Prophet – divine leadership and human
message’ was opened on Wednesday by Karbala representative of
Marjaiyah Sheikh As-Safi.
