Mourners visit Maqam al-Imam Al-Mehdi (A) prior to Karbala exit

HOLY KARBALA, Iraq: After completing rituals of Ziyarato al-Arbaeen
for Abi Abdellah Al-Hussein and his brother Abi’l Fadhl Al-Abbas (AS)
and before leaving the holy city of Karbala, millions of mourners paid
visit to the holy site of Al-Imam Al-Mehdi (A), the last infallible
descendant from the progeny of Prophet Muhammad (s).
There they extended their condolence to the Last Imam (A) on Arbaeen
of his slaughtered grandfather Al-Imam Al-Hussein (AS) in 61 AH
besides praying Allah for the Imam’s early reappearance who according
to a saying of Prophet Muhammad (s) will on his reappearance fill the
earth with justice and equity as it would have been filled with
oppression and tyranny.
