Najaf Marjay sends letter to UN on terror against Shiites

HOLY CITY OF NAJAF, Iraq: One of four grand marajay (religious
authority) in Najaf Al-Ashraf, Ayatullah Sayed Muhammad sa’id
Al-Hakim’s office has written a letter to the Secretary General of the
United Nations, Mr. Ban Ki-moon concerning terrorism and aggression
against innocent people in different States in general and in Pakistan
and Iraq in particular.
The letter while condemning the tagetting of innocent Shiites demanded
the international community and the International Organization to
shoulder its responsibilities in stopping bleeding the blood of
innocent civilians including Shiites in different parts of the world.
Dr. Sayed Abdul Hadi al-Hakim handed over the letter to the
Representative of the Secretary-General of the United Nations in Iraq,
Ambassador Kobler.
