Opening of new Zarih of Al-Imam Al-Hussein shrine scheduled

HOLY CITY OF KARBALA, Iraq: Inauguration ceremony of the
new Zarih (holy solid net around the holy grave) of Al-Imam Abi
Abdellah Al-Hussein (AS) is scheduled to be held on March 5, Rabi
oth-Thani 22, 1434 AH Tuesday, told secretary general of Husseini
Shrine Sheikh Abdel Mehdi Al-Karbalayi.
The installation of the new Zarih was completed in the last week of
February.
On the outside of the holy Zarih many Quanic verses are inscribed
while a number of sayings of Prophet Muhammad (s) and al-Imam As-Sadeq
(AS) on excellence of Al-Imam Al-Hussein (AS) were written on the
inner side.
