ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The Patron-in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulema Board and Chief of the Tehreek NafazFiqh-e-Jafariya Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that the proposal to change the place of Muqam-e-Ibrahim (A.S.) is tantamount to hurt the feelings of the Muslim Ummah and to spread anarchy in the Islamic World. Bait-ul-Haram is the sign of central unity and strength of Muslims and such type of mischiefs should not be created that may be a source to annoy Allah and Rasool (SAAW) and turn the Muslim unity into pieces.

The Islamic World is confronted with external threats besides conspiracies of Kharji terrorists internally and which has also been identified by the Saudi Mufti-e-Azam in his Khutba-e-Hajj. If this proposal was implemented then it would also pave the way for the painful shifting of Khana-e-Ka’aba and the Roza-e-Rasool (SAAW) and such steps would strengthen Daish who consider respect of Hajr-e-Aswad and Roza-e-Rasool as polytheism and Zionists who are bent upon wiping out the status of Qibla-e-Awwal. Destruction, insult and not valuing the Islamic signs is a deep conspiracy against the Islamic World and the Muslim rulers, Muslim media, organisations and human rights organisations will have to break their silence against it. If there had been no importance of Muqam-e-Ibrahim then the second Khalifate Hazrat Omer Bin Khitab (R.A.) would not have reinstalled it on its original place after floods. These views were expressed by him while addressing the emergent meeting of Ulema and heads of different organisations.

Agha Moosavi said that satanic forces always considered Muslim central identity a threat for themselves therefore they had placed their agents in different countries and regions to shatter the Khalifate after the World War-I and had handed over the soil of Hijaz to these agents who had plans to root out all holy places and signs of Allah for quite some time. As a result in 1924, the holy shrines of Holy Prophet (SAAW), Ahle Bait Athaar (A.S.) and pious SahabaKubaar except that of the Prophet (SAAW), Hazrat Abu Bakar (R.A.) and Hazrat Omer (R.A.) were razed to ground in JannatulBaqee and JannatulMoallahon which the Muslim World staged protests while a strong Tehreek-e-Khilafat was also launched in the sub-continent in the leadership of Maulana Muhammad Ali Johar and Shia, Sunni Ulema but this protest died down with the passage of time. He said owing to the silence and disunity of the Muslim Ummah the Najdiyyat continued its designs and started wiping out all Nabavi signs including the place of Rasool’s (SAAW) birth in the Madina-tun-Nabi in the garb of expansion of Masjid-e-Nabavi. He said a few days ago the word was spread that Mazars of the Holy Prophet (SAAW) and Khalifates (R.A.) will be shifted from Masjid-e-Nabavi to some other place but the rulers of Muslim States did not react and have not uttered a single word in this connection.

The TNFJ chief said the situation has reached at a point where according to a December 03 report of the Al-Arabia News Agency the renowned Saudi religious scholar and Chairman of Arabic and Literature Department of JamiaUmra Al-Qura Dr. Abdel Aziz Harabi has proposed that the Muqam-e-Ibrahim may be shifted from the present place to a corner ofMutaaf courtyard and this proposal has been supported by different Saudi scholars. According to the Saudi newspaper Makkah, the Muqam-e-Ibrahim is situated in the centre of Mutaaf owing to which Zaireen’s rush increases. He asked that why the Muqam-e-Ibrahim is being considered a discomfort after passage of 14 centuries?

The Quaid-i-MillatJafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi called upon all organisations including the United Nations, OIC and Arab League to ensure the protection of Bait Allah and all signs of Masjid-e-Nabavi and take steps for restoring the dignity of all Nabavi and Islamic signs including JannatulBaqee and JannatulMoallah and a joint and consensus line of action may be adopted against those powers the world over who are causing damage to the Islamic signs.
