RAWALPINDI, October 26: Chief of the Tehreek NafazFiqh-e-Jafariya Quaid-i-MillatJafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has announced that the 19-point Code of Azadari for Muharramul Haram. Matmi processions all over the country will be taken out independently under the May 1985 Junejo-Moosavi agreement and no hurdle will be borne in this connection. Army and Rangers may be deputed at sensitive places during Muharramul Haram while the Muharram Control Rooms may be set up at Federal Interior Ministry and in provinces and they may be director to keep in contact with the TNFJ Muharram Committee Azadari Cell. Action may be taken against banned groups for rooting out terrorism. India is our perpetual enemy while Iran is long-standing friends and these both may not be analysed with on similar scale while foreign policy may be reformed. Iran has supported Pakistan in every difficult moment and reasons for keeping a distance with Iran may be reviewed. Operation Zarb-e-Azb should have been launched much earlier and now the nation should fully support it, more over there is also need of a similar operation in Quetta. We don’t recognize sit-in but to die for Muhammad (SAAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.). Why those who cry hoarse of Sahaba are silent on the destruction of graves and shrines of pious SahabaKubaar and Ahle Bait Athaar (A.S). Those are opposed to Matmi processions are themselves taking our procession. Terrorism is the requirement of rulers and international establishment the biggest example of which is formation of Daash at the hands of America and Zionists. Attack on Fazlur Rehman was the result of owing to Kashmir Committee. New provinces can be made keeping the country’s integrity and brotherhood under the Pakistan’s Constitution. The Government of Pakistan should exert diplomatic pressure for the release of Ayatollah Baqar Al-Nimr. In all State institutions including the Ideology Council, those people are given representation who are against the creation of Pakistan. We will not let any efforts to turn Pakistan into a Maslaki State. These views were expressed by him at a huge Press conference at the headquarters of the Maktab-e-Tashih while announcing the Code of Azadari. A large number of UlemaKaraam and TNFJ leaders were present on this occasion.

Agha Moosavi said that they are remembering the Nawasa-e-Rasool (A.S.) in Muharramul Haram in a situation where Yazidi forces are seen all around, there is no Muslim State where terrorists were not making the life of people difficult, the worst of it is that Islam is being attached with terrorism and groupism. Wherever the riot and terrorism is, Islam and Muslims are being blamed for it. The international Satan first presents some jihadis as Mujahids for her self-interest and when her interest is fulfilled she declares them terrorists and destructs their countries, Kashmiris and Palestinians are being killed in one garb or the other, Pakistan is the target of international chief of terrorists and their agents for the last three decades even at present our frontiers, Working Boundary and areas close to the Line of Control are being violated unprovoked by the Indian army and skirmishes are going on.

The TNFJ chief said that the enemy has seen that a large number of Pakistan’s Armed Forces were busy in Waziristan Operation and are posted in Swat, Karachi and areas close to the Afghan borders, helping out the flood affected. Keeping in mind that the army is busy in internal matters, the enemy was carrying out mortar attacks on our citizens. Indian Prime Minister desires to get the Working Boundary recognised as international border. In these circumstances we all are under the obligation to support the Pakistan’s Armed Forces on priority basis and become a concrete wall against the enemy so as to thwart every conspiracy of her.

Agha Moosavi said the need of the hour is that Muslims and all Masalik should derive guidance from Quran that is the source of all Islamic teachings, Rasool’s (SAAW) Sunnah, sayings of Ahle Bait Athaar (A.S.) and pious SahabaKubaar, Syed-us-Shuhada Imam AaliMuqaam Hussain Ibne Ali (A.S.) and his near and dear ones who kissed Shahadat in Karbala and make all out efforts to disseminate the message of religious tolerance and mutual unity so as to end uncertainty, restore peace and tranquillity, and economic, social and political respite. That is the only way to thwart every evil design of the colonial powers. The oppressed world can be get rid of oppression by observing the days of Gham-e-Hussain (A.S.) under the flag of unity and brotherhood with honour and dignity.

He announced the 19-point Code of Azadari in connection with the oncoming Muharramul Haram Ayyam-e-Aza that is as given below: (1) Before time strong and stable steps be taken during the Majalis and Azadari procession at sensitive places and squads of Army and Rangers be posted.In addition to general vehicles the public vehicles also be checked, participants of procession by facilitated, checking of women be carried out through ladies’ police. (2) CCTV cameras and walk-through gates be installed at the internal and external paths to Majalis and processions, hurdles be installed with some distance for the protection of Majalis and Azadari processions and special watch on high-rise building be made, video film be made of all Majalis and processions and patrolling by police mobile squads, Elite Force be ensured for the protection of processions; (3) Cooperation be sought from Ibrahim Scouts and Mukhtar Force along with police in security matters; (4) Caretakers and administration of Imambargahs arrange protective measures themselves also. Azadaran are under the obligation to give priority to Azadari over all other matter. Centre and provinces not imposed any such law that may encroach upon the rights of the Azadaran; (5) In the light of May 21, 1985 Junejo-Moosavi Agreement Azadari processions all over the country will be taken out independently and no interference whatsoever will be borne in this connection; (6) The government may order the Administrations throughout the country to avoid creating fear and harassment amongst the Azadars, and organisers of Majalis and mourning processions so that they may complete the Azadari rites amicably, no one will be allowed to taken law into his own hands in any case; (7) Tolerance by given priority, preaching of hatred and biases be avoided; (8) Government may take strong steps to root out terrorism, tackle the banned groups with an iron hand; (9) People may remain fully alert and keep an eye on the situation around and immediately inform the administration if they notice any suspicious person or thing so as to avoid subversive activities; (10) Ulema and Zakireen may give priority to national integrity in their addresses, avoid provocative speeches and preach the sacrifices of Shuhada-e-Karbala in a positive manner keeping the welfare of the country and the nation; (11) Musical and comedy programmes may be suspended during the Ashra-e-Muharram on the electronic media and controversial and banned groups may be avoided to sit in the forums, Maroofaat may be preached and Munkiraatmay be avoided; (12) Majalis and Azadari processions be given full coverage on the print media and special editions on the topics of sacrifices rendered by the Shuhada-e-Karbala so as to keep the spirit of selflessness and sacrifice alive; (13) Political parties may suspend their political activities during the Ashra-e-Muharram; (14) Timings and discipline be ensured in organisingMajalis and Azadari processions; (15) Honour and respect of all Makatib and Masalik may be taken care of; (16) Power and gas load-shedding may not be exercised during Majalis and Azadari processions; (17) No schedule for examination in schools, colleges, universities be given during the Ashra-e-Muharram; (18) The organisers of Majalis may follow the Code of Azadari themselves and also make it binding on others; and (19) The government’s Muharram Control Rooms be directed to coordinate with the Central Control Room (Azadari Cell) of TehreekNafazFiqh-e-Jafariya so as to thwart every conspiracy and mischief under تعاونو علی البر و التقویٰ.

The Quaid-i-MillatJafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi made it clear that everyone should keep in his mind that Azadari-e-Imam AaliMuqaam (A.S.) is not only our religion and Shariat rather is protector of human dignity that is dearest to us over all other things. We can alter everything but will not accept any hurdle in Azadari. Every human being in the world is aware of this our ideology that the survival of our country, development of Islam lay in Azadari of Imam AaliMuqaam (A.S.). He said that we have seen the eras of big dictators and tyrant rulers like BanuUmmaya and Banu Abbas, we were placed alive in walls, minarets were made of our blood and sculls, our bodies were trampled with, were blown up through explosive material, but still the echoes of ‘YaSarat Al-Hussain’ and ‘LabbaikYa Hussain’ come from every drop of our blood and from every particle of the earth. We never sold out ourselves or bowed down because this head only bows down before Allah, Rasool-e-Khuda (SAAW) and Aimma Huda. We will observe the Gham-e-Hussain jointly through Sunni-Shia unity and brotherhood bowing down in Bargah-e-Hussainiyyat. He also prayed for integrity and brotherhood in Pakistan and for end to the problems faced by the Islamic World.
