RAWALPINDI, Pakistan: The Patron-in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulema Board and chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Quaid-i-MillatJafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavihas said that the Gham-e-Hussain is the joint inheritance of all Muslims and all schools of thought will observe the Gham-e-Hussain jointly during the month of Muharramul Haram. Azadari-e-Hussain is our jugular vein in which no interference will be allowed. Banned terrorist organisations were openly working with new names. Implementation of 20 points of National Action Plan may be ensured for restoring of peace during Muharramul Haram. Restoring peace is not only the responsibility of the Army only, therefore federal and provincial governments should also support the Army. The schedule of local body polls may be changed on the occastion of Muharram, Safar, Ayyam-e-Aza and Chehlum of Imam Hussain (A.S.). In Kashmir issue, besides Indian stubbornness, the negligence of Pakistani rulers are also involved the example of which is Ufa Declaration therefore there is need to correct the direction of the foreign policy. If there is no restriction on politicians, Haffaz, and NaatKhawans then why there is restriction of Zakireen on going to other cities? We will not accept any unconstitutional restriction. Only negative activities should be stopped. The foreign funding is the root cause of riot. The foreign aid of religious and political parties should be banned, their assets should be checked and in this connection, he added, TehreekNafazFiqh-e-Jafariya offer itself for accountability, first. These views were expressed by while announcing Code of Azadari for Muharramul Haram here at the headquarters of the Maktab-e-Tashih, Ali Masjid, Satellite Town.

Agha Moosavi said that In the end, we have seen the eras of big dictators and tyrant rulers, we were put in imprisonment, we were placed alive in walls, minarets were made of our blood, our bodies were trampled but it should be kept in mind that the echoes of ‘YaSarat Al-Hussain Labbaik’ and ‘LabbaikYa Hussain’ will continue to emerge from every drop of our blood and from every particle of the earth. He we will never accept any bargaining in the way of Hussainiyyat. Therefore, it should be kept in mind that no interference whatsoever will be borne in observing the Azadari of Imam Mazloom (A.S.).

The TNFJ chief while announcing the 14-point Code of Azadari said:

(1) The implementation of the 20 points of the National Action Plan may be ensured as Mann-o-Salva (foreign aid) is still being received by banned terrorist organisations who are openly working with new names. Immediate search operation should begin not only in Karachi, Balochistan, Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit-Baltistan and Azad Kashmir but also in Islamabad and Punjab;

(2) Declaring any of the recognisedMakatib of Sunni, Shia as non-Muslims should be declared a cognizable offence. In addition to general vehicles the public vehicles also be checked, participants of procession by facilitated, checking of women be carried out through ladies’ police. CCTV cameras and walk-through gates be installed at the internal and external paths to Majalis and processions, hurdles be installed with some distance for the protection of Majalis and Azadari processions and special watch on high-rise buildings be made, video film be made of all Majalis and processions;

(3) Patrolling by police mobile squads, Elite Force may be ensured for the protection of Majalis and Matmi processions. Cooperation may be sought from Ibrahim Scouts and Mukhtar Force along with police and administration in security matters;

(4) Caretakers and administration of Imambargahs may arrange protective measures themselves also. Azadaran-e-Imam AaliMuqaam (A.S.) are under the obligation to give priority to Azadari over all other matters;

(5) Centre and provinces may not impose any such order that may encroach upon the rights of the Azadaran. Azadari processions all over the country will be taken out in the light of May 21, 1985 Junejo-Moosavi Agreement and no interference whatsoever will be borne in this connection;

(6) The powers that be may order the administrations throughout the country to avoid creating fear and harassment amongst the organisers of Majalis so that Azadari rites and performed amicably;

(7) No one may be allowed to take law into his own hands in any case. The Central Control Room may be contacted in case of any issue;

(8) Tolerance by given priority and all types of biases may be condemned. People may remain fully alert themselves and keep an eye on the situation around and immediately inform the administration and police if they notice any suspicious thing or person so as to avoid subversive activities;

(9) Ulema and Zakireen may give priority to national integrity in their addresses and avoid speeches that are provocative and are based on hatred. Sacrifices of Shuhada-e-Karbala may be preached in a positive manner;

(10) Musical and comedy programmes may be suspended during the Ashra-e-Muharram on the electronic media and controversial and banned groups may be avoided invitations to media forums;

(11) Ma’aroofaat may be preached, Munkiraat may be avoided and banned groups may not be given coverage on the media. The newspapers may publish special editions on the topics highlighting the sacrifices rendered by the Shuhada-e-Karbala so as to keep the spirit of selflessness and sacrifice alive;

(12) Political parties may avoid political activities during the Ashra-e-Muharram. Women should follow the seerat of Mukhaderat-e-Ismat and Taharat, elder people may follow the seerat of pious SahabaKubaar (R.A.) and the youngsters that of Shahzada Qasim (A.S.), Akbar (A.S.), and Aun-o-Muhammad (A.S.). Timings and discipline be ensured in organising Majalis and Azadari processions;

(13) Power and gas load-shedding may not be exercised during Majalis and Azadari processions and routes may be kept clean. The organisers of Majalis may follow the Code of Azadari themselves and also make it binding on others;

(14) The government may direct its Muharram Control Rooms to coordinate with the Central Control Room of TehreekNafazFiqh-e-Jafariya so as to thwart every conspiracy and mischief.

Agha Moosavi said that the month of Muharram laced with honour, dignity and status and prestige reminds the blood-dipped eternal sacrifice of Nawasa-e-Rasool Al-Saqlain, Shahzada-e-Konain Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S.) and his obedient and faithful companions and offspring that enjoys the greatest place in the human history that is unable to present any such example of this greatest sacrifice ever. In Shariat-e-Mustafvi (SAAW) this sacrifice was declared the source of nearing to Allah that is the source of submissiveness in the Illahi court that creates the spirit of not avoiding to sacrifice for the supremacy of world in Shariah, unity of the Islamic World, security of the nation and the Millat and higher religious values.

The TNFJ chief said that today, the Islamic World and the motherland Pakistan are confronted with host of problems, difficulties and crises, oppression and brutality are flooded from all around. After the Russian defeat and erosion, the international satan shattered the Muslim States, toppled the abodes by abodes and are destructing the Muslim States through the creator terrorists, Pakistan that played as a front-line ally after 9/11 is on their target, every part of the motherland is wounded, more than 70 thousand security personnel have sacrificed their life, more than 90 billion losses have been suffered. The Pakistan’s Armed Forces have made the life of terrorists difficult by laying Action Plan and starting Operation Zarb-e-Azb.

In this situation, he said, our perpetual enemy has become more active and is committing continuous provocations on the Working Boundary and the Line of Control and is hurling threat after threat. The China-Pakistan Economic Corridor has snatched their sleep, she considered the Operation Zarb-e-Azb as her death but never loses any opportunity to cause harm to Pakistan. We are observing the remembrance of the Nawasa-e-Rasool Imam AaliMuqaam Hussain Ibne Ali (A.S.) in Muharramul Haram in this critical situation. Therefore we all are under the obligation to give priority to the protection of Pakistan over all other things, support the Pakistan’s Armed Forces, become the concrete wall against the enemy in their support so as to thwart all internal and external conspiracies.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Mooavi said that we should derive guidance from Quran and Sunnah that are source of Islamic teachings, sayings of pious SahabaKubaar (R.A.), pious sayings of Aal-e-Athaar (A.S.) and the Imam AaliMuqaam (A.S.) and carry out practical struggle for disseminating the message of tolerance, mutual unity and brotherhood so that Operation Zarb-e-Azm meeting its success, unrest is died down, and the nefarious tactics of the international colonial and arrogant powers are thwarted. By observing the Gham-e-Imam Hussain (A.S.) under the Parcham-e-Hussaini with honour, respect and dignity, we can get the oppressed world rid of international satans, oppressors and brutal elements.
