Falsehood has no legs to stand upon!

BASRA, Iraq: American claim of mutiny by Iraqi Shiite has proved a lie as Force of Iraqi Shiite population as well as Lebanese Hizbollah have announced practical struggle against US-led coalition forces in Iraq while spiritual leader of Southern Iraq’s Shiite Ayatullah Muhammad Baqer Al-Hakim has issued a decree of Jehad against invading forces, said a report.

According to the report, Ayatullah Al-Hakim who heads major Iraqi Shiite opposition group - the Supreme Assembly for the Islamic Revolution in Iraq (SAIRI)- and has great political influence in Basra said in his decree that Jehad against coalition forces which committed aggression at the holy land of Iraq is obligatory. He went on saying that no one could ever support invading enemy.

A television report said SAIRI’s armed wing, the Badr Brigade, which consists of 15,000 – 20,000 armed troops is ready to join the battle in Southern Iraq against allied forces.

In Lebanon, Hizbollah has also announced to take part in Jehad against anti-Muslim invading forces in central Iraq.

Meanwhile, Iraqi Foreign Minister Naji Sabri said 5,000 foreign volunteers have arrived in Baghdad to fight against US-led forces.

Separately, the United States is sending thousands more troops to secure the town of Nasiriya on the vital supply route to the capital Baghdad.
