Ayat Seestani opposes any foreign dominion

BEIRUT, Lebanon: Grand Ayatullah Sayyid Ali As-Seestani has pronounced on Thursday his opposition to any kind of foreign control in the holy land of Iraq which is the land of prophets and sacred personalities, urging Iraqis to be alert of anti-Islam elements.
The office of the Ayatullah was quoted by an Arab television channel as saying that Iraq is a Muslim country and is inspired by Islam in its laws, ethics and course of action.
