Qasr-e-Rubab Majlis-e-Aza demands end to war By: Riaz Hussain RAWALPINDI, Pakistan: An annual Majlis-e-Azaa organized by Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh Jafariya (TNFJ) Mohalla Council and Mukhtar Force Pakistan (MFP) was held at Imambargah Qasr-e-Rubab (AS) near Chaklala, Rawalpindi on Tuesday. Majlis-e-Aza was attended by a large number of Mourners. Addressing the Majlis-e-Aza, speakers said that Imam Hussain (AS)’s sacrifice is an ideal for the flag bearers of freedom movements, and Karbala is the fountainhead for oppressed and deprived. At this crucial time Muslim Ummah is at the target of Colonial powers but Muslim leaders, OIC, and Arab league are silent spectators that is concerning. They demanded from the United Nations to get American bombardment and aggression against oppressed Iraqis stopped forthwith. TNFJ Supreme Council member Moulana Zawar Madni, Khateeb-e-Ahlebayt (AS), Allama Riaz Hussain, Chohdry Mushtaq, Zakir S. M. Kazmi, Zakir Mumtaz Padhrar, Zakir Khizar Junejo, Zakir Zahid Hussain, Zakir Babar Ali Zaigham and Bashir Hussain addressed the majlis-e-aza. A ladies Majlis-e-Aza addressed by Zakira Noor Jamila was held at Markazi Imambargah Lal Quarters Islamabad. Moulana Ejaz Mudarris addressed a Majlis-e-Aza at Fazal Abbas jaffery’s residence in Satellite town. END |
