Hazrat Sakinah (s)’s martyrdom commemoration begins in Syria

DAMASCUS, Syria: In commemoration of the martyrdom anniversary of Hazrat Sakinah (SA), daughter of Hazrat Al-Imam Al-Hussein (AS), mourning programs began in Syria on Monday.
Multitudes of mourners gathered at the holy shrine of Hazrat Sakinah (SA) in Damascus and performed azadari.
Majalis were also held at the holy shrine of Hazrat Sayyedah Zainab (SA) in Syrian capital. The mourners performing chest beating and shedding tears offered her condolences on the martyrdom of her niece Hazrat Sakinah (SA).
4-year-old Hazrat Sakinah (SA) kissed martyrdom in Prison of Syria and was buried by her brother Hazrat Imam Zainul Abedin (AS) in the same Prison.
