MSO commemorates Imam Ali (AS)’s 40th

RAWALPINDI, Pakistan: A majlis-e-Aza to mark the fortieth of Mola-e-Kaenaat Hazrat Imam Ali Ibn-e-Abi Talib (AS) was held on Monday night at Ali Mosque, Rawalpindi under the auspices of Mukhtar Students Organization (MSO), Rawalpindi.

Majlis-e-aza, which began after maghrebain prayers with the recitation of holy Quran by Aref Al-Hosyni, was attended by a large number of mourners who gathered to offer their condolences to the Prophet of Islam Hazrat Muhammad (SAW) and Guardian of Islam Hazrat Abu Talib (AS). .

Addressing to the majlis, Allama Zawar Hussain Madani said Hazrat Ali Al-Murtaza (AS) has the singular honor to be born in Ka’aba and being placed on the pedestal of martyrdom in mosque.

He said Imam Ali (AS) enjoys highest standards as far as bravery, generosity, justice and fair-play are concerned while he spent all his life in defending the life of the messenger of Islam (SAW), and propagating message of Tauheed & Risalat.

Khateeb Fateh Furat said in his speech that to keep the monuments of Mashaheer-e-Islam intact and to ensure their dignity and respect is the habit of honorable nations. He said Hazrat Ali ibne Abi Talib (AS) is best and complete in all qualities and deeds such as piousness, bravery, courage, honour and pedigree like the Holy Prophet (SAW).

Others who spoke to the mourners include Syed Zafar, Wajihul Hassan, Mudassir Kazmi and Munir Kazmi.

In the end, special prayers were offered for the sublimation of Islamic world, solidarity and development of the country and the nation, and for the success of Palestinian and Kashmiri freedom fighters.
