Youm-e-Tarheem marked in Pakistan

ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: For the high ranks of Martyrs of Quetta terror incident and to express sympathies with bereaved families, Youm-e-Tarheem was observed throughout the country including Azad Kashmir and Northern Areas on Tuesday with fervor and spirit on the call of Quaid-e-Millat-e-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi.

On this occasion, Quran Khoani and Majalis-e-Aza were held in Mosques and Imambargahs, addressing which Ulma-e-Karam and Zakireen strongly condemned the tragic incidents of terrorism and demanded the government to take practical steps for the stoppage of these incidents instead of uttering mere words. They called upon the rulers for effective implementation of Anti-Terrorism Ordinance as well as for expulsion of banned groups from political alliances.

Resolutions adopted on Youm-e-Tarheem occasion made it clear that murder of any Pakistani is a murder of Pakistan as well as murder of any Muslim is a murder of Islam, all schools living in motherland are united, for check and control of terrorists who are getting external aids and to make this land peaceful government should follow Moosavi Peace Formula. Speakers urged people to remain alert and peaceful.

Majlis-e-Tarheem were held at Religious Danishgah Jamia Waliul Asr Islamabad, Imam Ali Naqi (AS) Mosque, Markazi Jamia Masjid Jaferiya, Jamia-tul-Murtaza, Qasr-e-Khadeeja-tul-Kubra (AS), Qasr-e-Imam Moosa Kazim (AS), Masjid Sakhi Shah Piyara, Haideriya Masjid, Masjid Shah Chan Charagh, Jamia-tul-Momineen, Bayt-ul-Ahzaan, Imambargah Zain-ul-Abideen (AS) that were addressed by Sheikh Jamia Hujjatul Islam Allama Basharat Hussain, Allama Ejaz Hussain Fazil Damascus, Allama Hamdani, Allama Abbas Qummi and various other prominent speakers.

At the end of Majalis Fateha Khoani was offered for the departed souls.
