Israel raids Jenin; Palestinian teen martyred

JENIN, WEST BANK: The Israeli army backed by tanks and armored vehicles launched an incursion on Tuesday in the West Bank city and refugee camp of Jenin while Israeli and Palestinian leaders moved toward talks on a new peace ‘roadmap’.
According to Palestinian security sources three in close proximity villages were also raided and exchanges of fire were reported.
Meanwhile, Israeli troops martyred a 16-year-old Palestinian boy besides seriously injuring two children, ages 7 and 9, during confrontations that erupted Tuesday in the West Bank refugee camp of Tulkarem.
