Ayyam-ul-Huzn programs conclude in Pakistan with reverence

RAWALPINDI, Pakistan - May 30: Marking the Death Anniversary of Protector of Apostleship Hazrat Abu Talib (AS), programs in connection with the two-day countrywide Ayyam-ul-Huzn announced by Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi concluded with fervor on Friday across the country.

In line with the directions of Tanzeem Shia Aaimmah Masajid, scholars and orators on this occasion highlighted the exemplary sacrifices and great services of Hazrat Abu Talib (AS) in their addresses to the Friday Congregations held in all big cities and towns of the country.

They said today the message of Islam everywhere is the favour of Arab Chief Hazrat Abu Talib (AS) who gave protection to the message of Tauheed. Holy Prophet (PBUH&HP) prayed for His great uncle, and Quran admitted his favours. They said Hazrat Abu Talib (AS)’s act of concealing his belief was, in fact, the protection and defense of Prophet (SAW). That is the reason that the world of infidels could not cause Prophet (SAW) any harm throughout Hazrat Abu Talib (AS)’s life.

Congregations were addressed by Imam-ul-Juma Wal Jamat Allama Saqlain Ali Bukhari at Markazi Jame Masjid Darbar Shah Chan Charagh, Allama Imami at Qasr-e-Khadija-tul-Kubra (AS), Allama Taqi at Markazi Shia Jame Masjid Sakhi Shah Pyara Chuhr Harpal, Allama Hamdani at Qasr-e-Abutalib (AS) Mughalabad and many others.

Resolutions adopted by Friday congregations expressed their lamentation over the biased behaviour of electronic and print media that just only give coverage to some particular politicians and always ignore Maktab-e-Tashayyo which sacrifices are not less than anyone. The resolutions severely condemned some leading newspapers’ policy for ignoring the countrywide Ayyam-ul-Huzn Programs and demanded the newspapers organizations to take serious notice of this. Congregation fully reiterated their full support for the services of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi.
