Mahmoud Mousawi: Achievement of piety during Ramadan needed By: Ali Al-Qadumi MANAMA, Bahrain: The human being should seek achievement of piety in himself during the holy month of Ramadan, which as Allah says is the best of all months, which nights are the distinguished nights and which days are the best days in excellence. This was stated by Allamah Sayyed Mahmoud Al-Mousawi while he was addressing at Al-Id Mosque, Bani Jamrah, Bahrain on the importance of Ramadan. He said that Amir-ul-Mominin Al-Imam Ali (as) had asked the Prophet (saww) about the best of the deeds of this holy month, and he had replied: “Guarding yourselves from that which Allah prohibits.” And there is no guarding from which Allah prohibits except piety, he added.
