Acceptance of creation of Ja'fari court in Kuwait By: Sultan Ahmed KUWAIT CITY: The Kuwaiti minister of justice informed a delegation of deputies that the government is agree for the creation of a separate court for the cases of the Ja'fari personal affairs and the appointment of Shiite judges from Bahrain, Lebanon and Kuwait upon whom the conditions apply and from the professionals to fill the shortage of judges and the consultants. The delegation comprised of four deputies: Saleh Ashour, Yousuf Zalzalah, Hassan Jawhar and Salah Khurshid, were informed of this during their meeting this week with the Justice Minister following a meeting last Wednesday. Later, the delegation moved from the minister of justice office to the office of the consultant Abdullah Ali Al-Eisa, chairman judicial supreme council and chief justice of the constitutional court. During the meeting, Al-Eisa listened to the view of the deputies that for the followers of Shiite School of Thought there must be the litigation in accordance with Ja'fari School. Al-Eisa promised the four deputies the transfer of their demand and its presentation to the Judicial Supreme Council in its next meeting, and taking the measures necessary for its execution after the acceptance of the judicial council.
