Message of TNFJ chief on Ramazan commencement

RAWALPINDI, October 27: Chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said Ramazan-ul-Mubarik is the holy month of blessings in which Divine Constitution Holy Quran was revealed for the survival and felicity of humanity and that is a complete code of life in every era.

He was talking to a representative delegation of TNFJ Kashmir Council that called on him at the head of Syed Irshad Hussain Naqvi. He said the month of fasting is beginning at a time when the whole Islamic World was confronted with one problem or the other, and international colonial powers and their agents have surrounded them from all around. On one hand they are sitting in Afghanistan and their aggression against Iraq is still continuing, life of the oppressed Muslims in Kashmir and Palestine has been made difficult and their honour is being trampled by Vajpayee and Sharon.

Agha Moosavi said India had started State terrorism by entering her forces in Kashmir on this day against the desire of Muslim majority, therefore, Pakistan not only condemned this aggression but also got one-third area liberated from Indian occupation that is today called Azad Kashmir, it has its own Parliament and democracy prevails there.

He said India herself took the Kashmir issue to the United Nations Security Council as a result of which the Security Council had formed Pakistan-India Commission to resolve the Kashmir issue. That Commission, he added, had adopted two Resolutions in which India was asked to pull out her forces from Kashmir and arrange plebiscite there; India, at the time, agreed for a plebiscite but refused to do so later. Then Pakistan was made target of aggression in 1965 and 1971 and now the position is that more than 7 lakh Indian monsters were making the life of Kashmiris difficult, he added.

The TNFJ chief said if the international organisations are desirous of restoring durable peace in Middle East and South Asia then they should keep in their mind that the biggest hurdle in way of restoring peace are the issues of Kashmir and Palestine.

He said if the United Nations desires to get her lost dignity resorted then it should get her own Resolutions implemented resolving the Kashmir and Palestine issues. Otherwise, he said, the world would be justified to understand that these issues were created by this organization itself and the biggest hurdle in resolving these issues is the United Nations itself.

The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said the Muslim Ummah discussed all their issues at the 10th OIC Summit and now they are under the obligation to get rid of American occupation of Afghanistan and Iraq, and devise a stable and strongly joint policy to get the Kashmir and Palestine liberated so as to resolve the issues faced by the Muslim Ummah and declare upon the whole world that Islam is the religion of peace and tranquillity and preaches peace and survival.

He said the month of Ramazan has the honour to be called the month of Allah; therefore, we should reiterate our resolve to utilize all our energies for the welfare of mankind, protection of Islam, and for supremacy of the flag of Islam.
