Kuwaitis commemorate Hazrat Zaynab (p)’s martyrdom day

KUWAIT CITY: Mourning gatherings comprised of majalis azaiyah and latmiyaat marked the martyrdom anniversary of Hazrat Zeinab (pbuh) in Kuwait.

Commemorating the occasion, a grand majlis azaiyah was organized at hussainiyah Aal-e-bu Hamd, Ad-Daiyah region on Friday night, Rajab 15, September 12, at 8:30 PM.

Sayid Jassem Al-Karbalyi, in his speech, threw light on different aspects of the life of Aqeelah Bani Hashim (pbuh) whose blazing addresses in courts of Ibne-ziad and Yazid bashed their foundations.

Elegies were recited by renowned elegy-chanter Bassem Al-Karbalayi.
