Indian Muslims reject archeology report on Babri Mosque

NEW DELHI, India: An Archeology Department survey report on the demolished Babri Mosque in Ayodhya has been thrown away by All India Muslim Personal Law Board (AIMPLB), reports said on Monday.

Chairman board Maulana Hassan Nadavi said that the existence of any Hindu temple was not mentioned in the preliminary report.

In 1990s, hardline Hindus demolished the 16th century Babri mosque sending a wave of anger in Muslims.
