Martyrdom Day of Imam Ar-Ridha(P) marked in Bahrain

MANAMA, Bahrain: In commemoration of Martyrdom Anniversary of Prophet Muhammad (p)’s eighth infallible descendant, Al-Imam Ali bin Mousa Ar-Ridha (p), on 17 Safar, grand Majalis and Processions Al-Azaiyah were held throughout the country like other global parts.

Throngs of black dressed mourners attended the mourning programs to offer their condolences to the Imam Al-Asr Baqiyatollah Al-Imam Al-Mahdi (p) on the martyrdom of his grandfather Al-Imam Ar-Ridha (p) whose holy mausoleum houses in the holy city of Mash’had, Iran.

Special sabeel (water stalls) and meal arrangements were made for the mourners during the programs. Speakers while highlighting the pious life of Al-Imam Ar-Ridha (p) urged the need of following it in order to get rid of all problems and achieve success in the world and the hereafter.
