Majalis mark Martyrdom Anniversary of Imam Hassan (as) in Iran

HOLY CITY OF QOM, Iran: Hazrat Imam Hassan Al-Mojtaba (AS)’s martyrdom anniversary was observed in Iran on seventh of month of Safar with holding of majalis-e-aza.

Flocks of mourners streamed to the holy shrines of Hazrat Imam Ali Ar-Reza (AS) and his sister Hazrat Fatimeh Masoumeh (AS) in the holy cities of Mash’had and Qom respectively. There, they arranged majalis-e-aza, performed chest beating and recited elegies thus extended condolences to the holy family of holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (SAWW) marking the occasion.

Ayaat also organized majalis-e-aza in commemoration of the second infallible descendant of Khatmol Ambiya (SAWW) Hazrat Imam Hassan (AS). A similar majlis-e-aza was held at Baytush-Shirazi. Religious figures, scholars and students of Hozaat ilmiyah attended. Speakers Hoshmand, Hosayni, Tabrezi and Yasrebi while addressing the participants spoke on the mazlomiyat of Imam Hassan Al-Mojtaba (AS) as well as his status and different aspects of his pious life.
