Tehran denies hand in sparking Iraq violence By: Sheikh Muhammad Khurasani TEHRAN, Iran: Iran’s Minister for Foreign Affairs Kamal Kharrazi has severely condemned use of force by the United States against a Shiite group in Iraq referring Moqtada As-Sadr’s militia. Kharrazi said if America considers that it would deal with the people with the same policy it adopted against Saddam Hussein, it would be a strategic mistake of Washington. Meanwhile, reports quoting Iran’s official news agency, said Tehran has denied any involvement in ongoing violence that claimed hundreds of Iraqis. END | |||||||||||||||||
