Mauled Al-Batoul (pbuh) celebrations in Bahrain

MANAMA, Bahrain: Like other nations, Bahrainis also celebrated Mauled Al-Batoul Fatima Az-Zahraa (peace be on her) -- the birth anniversary of Fatima Az-Zahraa – on Friday August 6, Jamadi Al-Thani 20 with great zeal, passion and veneration.

Marking the auspicious occasion, grand galas, fêtes, feasts, banquets and festivals were held in different mosques, maatam and husseiniyaat attended by thousands of overjoyed followers of Ahlul Bayt (peace be on them).

Streets, houses, mosques, maatam and buildings were decorated beautifully in a show of happiness and joy.

Orators, scholars and speakers threw light on the pious life of holy Prophet (peace be on him & his pure progeny)’s beloved daughter Fatima Az-Zahraa Al-Batoul (peace be on her) paying homage to the Mistress of Paradise.
