Moosavi says game of Aqsa torching 35yrs ago being played in Iraq today; Huge demos against holy sites desecration

ISLAMABAD: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said that the highest goal of Waris-e-Shariat Mustafvi (Inheritor of Shariah of Mustafa), Morawwij-e-Uloom Haideri (Promoter of Haideri Sciences) Hazrat Ali bin Muhammad Naqi Al-Hadi (A.S.) was protection of religion and Shariah, respect of the humanity, and achievement of rights for the oppressed.

He said, that is why Imam (A.S.) neither bargained on principles nor allowed anyone else to do so during his life span spread over 42 years. He stated this while addressing the Mehfil (festive gathering) of birth anniversary of Hazrat Ali bin Muhammad Al-Hadi (A.S.) held as a part of Ashra-e-Mawaddat throughout the country on Sunday.

Agha Moosavi said the oppressors desired in every era to silence the voice of freedom-loving, demanding equality, justice and fair-play but the world has seen that the righteousness always reigned supreme as it has to remain supreme. He said today the world of humanity in general and oppressed nations and the Islamic World in particular are again confronted with oppression, brutality, and suppression at the hands of international colonial powers, Zionists and Hindus, State terrorism is going on in Kashmir and Palestine and ‘holi’ with the blood of innocent people is being played there while the holiest cities in Iraq not even remained safe after Afghanistan.

He said like Al-Aqsa Mosque was desecrated on August 21, 35 years ago by torching it the chief of the international colonial powers and her agents were playing the same game in Samra, Kazmain, Baghdad, Karbala-e-Mualla, and Najaf-e-Ashraf today. He said these places the sanctity of which is admitted in the sight of the whole humanity, are not only being trampled but massacre was also going on there. On the other hand, Pakistan is being punished for Two-Nation Theory and being atomic power.

The TNFJ chief said that the Government of Pakistan has claimed thwarting a plan to carry out terrorist acts against important installations, that is the part of the same heinous conspiracy, therefore, Gen. Pervez Musharraf would have to adopt the policy of mutual understanding within the country and take along all patriotic forces, as the solution of problems not lay in use of absolute power but in exercising wisdom, seriousness, patience and forbearance.

The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Hamid Moosavi reiterated his resolve on the occasion of auspicious birth anniversary of Hazrat Imam Ali bin Muhammad Al-Hadi (A.S.) to continue his struggle for survival and solidarity and for rooting out oppression and brutality from the motherland. For this purpose, he said, the whole nation should display unity and brotherhood so that Pakistan could lead the oppressed nations and the Islamic World.

Meanwhile, according to reports reaching Central Ashra-e-Mawaddat Committee office, celebrations, seminars, conferences, conclaves and mahafil to mark the birth anniversary of Imam Al-Hadi (A.S.) as part of 10-day Ashra-e-Mawwadat observation were held across the country like other global parts. Huge protest rallies and demonstrations were also staged against the desecration of Najaf-e-Ashraf and torching of Al-Aqsa Mosque 35 years ago.

Cities where such gatherings were held include Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Multan, Faisalabad, Jehlum, Quetta, Peshawar, Kohat, Tank, Attock, Dera Ghazi Khan, D.I.Khan, Bahawalpur, Karachi, Hyderabad, Larkana, Dadu, Sakkhar, Mirpur Khas, Sanghar, Kherpur Miras, Muzaffarabad, Gilgilt and Skardu.
