Imam Jawwad (a)’s martyrdom day observation in Iran

HOLY CITY OF QOM, Iran: Grand Majalis-e-Aza in all parts of Iran like other countries marked the martyrdom anniversary of Hazrat Imam Taqi Al-Jawwad (as).

Special mourning programs were witnessed at the holy mausoleums of Hazrat Imam Ali Ar-Reza (as) and Hazrat Fatimah Al-Masoumah (as) in the holy cities of Mash’had and Qom on the eve and day of 29th Zulhijjah – the martyrdom anniversary of the 9th infallible of Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (saw).

Thousands attended the programs and offered their deepest condolences to the holy family members of the holy Prophet (saw).

Besides this, majalis were also held at different mosques, husseiniyaat, offices of Ayaat and homes. A two-day majlis program was organized at Baitush Shirazi in the holy city of Qom addressed by Sheikh Shafiyi, Sheikh Zahidi, Sheikh Fazil Tabrezi and Abu-Zainab Al-Ammari.
