Khadama commemorates Layali Al-Fatimiyah

DAMASCUS, Syria: In commemoration of the martyrdom anniversary of Bed’atur Rasul (part of holy Prophet (s)), Sayedatun Nisa el-Aalameen (Mistress of the Women of World) Syedah Fatima Az-Zahraa (s), Khadama Ahlul Bayt Organization organized a three-day mourning program in Damascus, Syria.

Renowned speaker Ash-Sheikh Hussein Al-Amiri addressed the mourning program consisting of majalis al-azaiyah and latmiyaat held at husseiniyah al-Hawzah Al-Ilmiyah Az-Zainabiyah while renowned dirge-chanter Al-Haaj Bassem Al-Karbalayi and famous poet Jaber Al-Kazemi recited dirges and poems to mark the occasion.

Al-Amiri threw light on different aspects of the holy life of Sayedah Fatima Az-Zahraa (s), historic prospects as well as a chain of incidents that led to her martyrdom. He urged the need of following in the footsteps of Sayedah Az-Zahra (s) as a daughter, wife, mother and a trainer.

Bassem Al-Karbalayi’s participation added heat and splendor in the majalis al-Fatimiyah as the dirges and elegies in his voice lit in the mourners hearts the longing fire, pain and grief on the martyrdom anniversary of Umm-ul-A’immah (s).

Besides a large number of followers of Ahlu Bayt (s) belonging to different nationalities residing in Syria, religious scholars, Hawzaat teachers and representatives of offices of Maraje attended the majalis and latmiyaat that concluded on Jamadi- Al-Thani 5.
