Shahroudi, Vajpayee urge to boost ties

NEW DELHI, India: Chief of Judiciary of Iran Hashemi Shahroudi is in India on a three-day official visit aimed at boosting ties between Tehran and New Delhi.

Shahroudi arrived in India on Tuesday and held meetings with Indian leaders including Prime Minister Atal Behari Vajpayee.

During his meeting Wednesday with Vajpayee, the two leaders urged the need of enhancing cooperation in different field.
