Afghanis shed blood to commemorate hussaini sacrifice

KABUL, Afghanistan: Mourning programs in commemoration of matchless sacrifices rendered by the martyrs of Karbala for elevation of religion and survival of Shariat-e-Muhammadi touched climax in Afghanistan as Ahoura approaches.
A grand mourning procession was taken out in Afghan capital city of Kabul on Saturday attended by throngs of mourners. They were chanting Ya Hussain Ya Hussain while pounding chests.
Back beating with razor blades was also performed to extend condolences to the holy family of holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (saw) during the procession.
