Ashoura Day report from Peshawar and Bhakkar

PESHAWAR/ BHAKKAR, Pakistan: Like other parts of Pakistan, Asoura-e-Muharram was observed in Peshawar and Bhakkar with due fervor and reverence to pay rich homage to the unparallel sacrifices of grandson of holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (SAW) and son of Hazrat Ali al-Murtaza (AS) and Hazrat Fatimah Zahra (SA), Hazrat Imam Hussain (AS).

Huge majalis-e-aza were held followed by grand Zuljinah and Alam processions attended by thousands of mourners of Imam Hussain (AS).

Azadaran by a resolution passed on the occasion reiterated their resolve to offer every kind of sacrifice on the call of Quaid-e-Millat-e-Jafariya Agha Moosavi for the promotion of Wilayat-e-Ali (AS) and protection of Azadari-e-Hussain (AS).

Zanjir-zani was performed extending condolences to the respect worthy court of holy family of Muhammad (SAW) & Aal-e-Muhammad (AS) on the martyrdom of Hazrat Imam Hussain (AS).

Mukhtar Students Organization set up Azadari Camps to provide first aid to Mourners performing Zanjeer-Zani. It also made arrangements for Sabeel and Langar-e-Hussaini.

Office-bearers of Provincial TNFJ Muharram Committees and Mukhtar Force accompanied the processions throughout.
