TNFJ declares ‘Ashra-e-Beemar-e-Karbala’

RAWALPINDI, Pakistan: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said that Hazrat Imam Ali bin Hussain (A.S.) astonished the world of humanity by setting the highest example of defending the blood of Martyrs and exercising patience and firmness.

He stated this while announcing to observe “Ashra-e-Beemar-e-Karbala” from 16-25 Muharram in connection with the Martyrdom of Hazrat Imam Zain-ul-Abideen (A.S.). He said Hazrat Syed-e-Sajjad (A.S.) shattered the Yazidi palaces despite being chained to fulfil his duty and God-given responsibility through delivering his speeches and sermons in the streets of Kofa and Shaam (Syria) and in the courts of Ibne Ziad and Yazid, and confronted the problems and difficulties with such a courage and bravery that it is the beacon of light for the whole oppressed world.

Agha Moosavi said talk about Prophets and Righteous men is the source of inspiration for our hearts and is an announcement of supremacy of Kalma-e-Tauheed that is to protect religious and Islamic values and respect human dignity. The Ayah-5 of Surah Ibrahim says about Hazrat Moosa (A.S.) that we sent Moosa (A.S.) along with Our signs so as to bring his people towards brightness from the darkness and remind them of Ayyam-e-Illahi (divine days), there are signs in it for those who exercise patience and offer thanks, that means that they are reminded of conditions and incidents of those days when mountains of problems and difficulties crashed on them and Allah showered His blessings because one feels settled down after hearing the situation from both sides, therefore, one should not get upset in difficulty and should not boast in happiness.

The TNFJ chief said from amongst these days are the days of Muharramul Haram during which Nawasa-e-Rasool Hazrat Hussain ibne Ali (A.S.) presented great sacrifice delivering height to humanity while Imam Zain-ul-Abideen (A.S.) performed a remarkable job of protecting the blood of Martyrs and for defence, survival and development of the message of Hussainiyyat owing to which the flag of Hussainiyyat is fluttering all over the world.

He appealed all countrymen to organize Majalis-e-Aza and “Pursadari” (condolence) programmes so as to highlight the highest goals and objectives of Hussainiyyat during the “Ashra-e-Beemar-e-Karbala” and reiterate our resolve to utilise all our energies in defending the belief, survival and solidarity of the nation and the country and would thwart every conspiracy and mischief of enemies of religion and motherland by exercising unity, brotherhood and mutual understanding.

Meanwhile, Central Committee of the TNFJ has been formed to organize programmes during “Ashra-e-Beemar-e-Karbala” throughout the country. Syed Qasim Al-Hussaini has been nominated Convener and Malik-e-Ashtar Secretary of that Committee.
