Grand galas mark Imam Askery (p)’s B-Anniversary in Bahrain

MANAMA, Bahrain: The auspicious and scented occasion of the birth anniversary of father of Imam Al-Asr, or the Imam of Era Imam Al-Hujjah (may Allah hastens his reappearance), Al-Imam Hassan Al-Askery (peace be upon him) was marked in Bahrain on 10th of Raby As-Thani.

Bahrainis in all parts of the country arranged grand galas, celebrations, festive sittings and feasts at different mosques, maatam, husseiniyat and Islamic centers that were beautifully decorated marking the occasion. Huge banners inscribed with greeting statements were placed at different places.

Speakers in their addresses at festive sittings highlighted the life and sirah of the eleventh successor of the Chief of Prophets Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him & his pure progeny), Al-Imam Al-Askery (peace be upon him). They said that Imam Al-Askery like his infallible forefathers played key and unparallel role in protection of religion and shariah by confronting oppressors.

The celebrations which kicked off from the eve of the birth anniversary of Imam Al-Askery (peace be upon him) ended late on Raby As-Thani 10.
