Montreal witnesses Sibtur Rasul (p)’s b-day celebrations

MONTREAL, Canada: Followers of the Seal of Messengers Prophet Hazret Muhammad (peace be upon him and his pure progeny) and his Progeny (peace be upon them) celebrated the auspicious occasion of birth anniversary of Imam Hasan Al-Mujtaba (peace be upon him) in Canada.

Different organizations, associations and missions organized festive gatherings in connection with the occasion on 15 Ramadan in various mosques, hosainiyat, imambargahs and Islamic centers.

A festive gathering was held at hosainiyah and mosque Al-Hawraa Zainab (peace be upon her) in Montreal. Iraqi community living in Montreal attended the function.

Sheikh Haydar Al-Khaffaji addressed and threw light in detail on different aspects of the holy life of Imam Hassan bin Ali bin Abi Talib (peace be upon them).

Meanwhile, Ramadan programs i.e. recitation of holy Quran, Duaa Al-Iftatah, religious contests and revival of nights of Qadr are also held at the hosainiyah and mosque.
