Ayat Sistani delegation, Ayat Modarresi discuss Iraq situation

HOLY CITY OF KARBALA, Iraq: A delegation of Ayatullah Sayyed Ali Husseini As-Sistani met with Ayatullah Sayyed Muhammad Taqi Al-Modarresi in the holy city of Karbala, which houses the holy shrines of Al-Imam Al-Hussein (p) and Al-Abbas (p).

During the meeting that took place after Eid-ol Fitr on Wednesday at the office of Ayatullah Sayyed Al-Modarresi the two sides discussed current situation prevailing in the country.

The delegation was comprised of Sheikh Abdol Mehdi Al-Karbalayi and Sayyed Ahmed As-Safi, representatives of Ayatullah As-Sistani.
