Karbala Ayat calls on Najaf Marajay, discusses sensitive situation

HOLY CITY OF NAJAF, Iraq: Ayatullah Sayyed Mortaza Al-Qazwini held meetings with Holy Najaf Marjaiyaat in the holy city of Najaf.

During his separate meetings with Ayatullah Sayyed Ali As-Sistani, Ayatullah Sayyed Said Al-Hakim and Ayatullah Sheikh Bashir An-Najafi, Ayatullah Al-Qazwini, who is prayer leader in the compound of holy shrine of Al-Imam Al-Hussein (p) in the holy city of Karbala, current sensitive situation in the country in general and all that is going on in death triangle - Al-Latifiyah, Al-Mahmoudiyah and Al-Yousafiyah – in particular came under discussion.

Ayatullah As-Sistani’s sons Sayyed Muhammad Reza and Sayyed Muhammad Baqer were also present during Ayatullah Al-Qazwini’s meeting with Ayatullah As-Sistani that took place at his residence.

Ayatullah Al-Qazwini did not meet with the fourth Marjay of Holy Najaf Ayatullah Sheikh Ishaq Fayyaz for he was in Saudi Arabia for performance of Umrah.
