Special arrangements demanded during Mourning Days by TNFJ meet

By: Salman Alvi

RAWALPINDI : The Youm-e-Shahadat (Martyrdom Anniversary) of Amirul Momineen Sher-e-Khuda Hazrat Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) is being observed from 19-21 Ramazanul Mubarik throughout the country like other global parts as Ayyam-e-Aza (Mourning Days) with devotion, respect and religious spirit on the call of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Moosavi.

Majalis-e-Aza will be held and Taboot processions will be taken out in all small and big cities and towns on this occasion.

The TNFJ Central Mourning Day Committee Convener Dr. Iqbal Javed Haideri while addressing a meeting here on Tuesday said, that 19th Ramazan is Shab-e-Zarbat and is also considered as Shab-e-Qadr. He said the Ayyam-e-Aza would begin soon after the Fajr prayers on Wednesday with recitation from the Holy Quran in all mosques and Imambargahs without any discrimination followed by Majalis-e-Shahadat of Maula-i-Kainaat Hazrat Ali (A.S.).

He demanded from the government to make special arrangements during the Majalis and Markazi Taboot Hazrat Ali (A.S.) processions, make the law and order more effective, and called upon the electronic and print media to highlight the seerat of Amirul Momineen Hazrat Ali (A.S.) and give visible coverage to the Ayyam-e-Aza programmes throughout the country.

He appealed all schools of thought to hold Ayyam-e-Aza programmes in peace and tranquillity, courage and bravery so as to declare upon the world that we are a concrete wall against the enemies of religion and the motherland and no Taghoot in the world could neither create any rift amongst them nor could divert them from the right path.

"Knowledge is better than wealth because it protects you while you have to guard wealth. it decreases if you keep on spending it but the more you make use of knowledge ,the more it increases . what you get through wealth disappears as soon as wealth disappears but what you achieve through knowledge will remain even after you."
