Justice Day celebrated in Pak; letters consigned to water By: Salman Alvi
ISLAMABAD, Pakistan : Auspicious Birth Anniversary of Hazrat Hujjat bin Al-Hassan Al-Askari (A.S.) was observed as Justice Day throughout the country like other global parts with religious devotion, enthusiasm and reverence in line with the announcement made by Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya. Celebrations began before Fajar (pre-dawn) with Amaal Neema-e-Shaban and collective prayers. Later, Mahafil-e-Milad, conferences, seminars and grand gatherings were held marking the blessed occasion. Devotees consigned Arizajaat to waters in rivers, lakes and dams for fulfilment of their needs and wishes. In twin cities of Islamabad and Rawalpindi, the main program of Jashan-e-Neema-e-Shaban (15 Shaban Festival) was held at Rawal Dam, Islamabad where Mukhtar Students Organization district Islamabad set up a reception camp to welcome caravans of devotees. Collective amaal led by Allama Syed Zahid Abbas Kazmi were performed at the camp followed by Justice Day Congregation. President TNFJ district Islamabad Allama Basharat Hussain Imami presided over the congregation while TNFJ Additional Secretary General Syed Shujaat Ali Bukhari, Deputy Chairman MSO Qasim Al-Hussaini, Bawa Syed Dilbar Hussain Shah, Allama Muhammad Abbas Zaini and other leaders were the guests of honour. Addressing the gathering, TNFJ Central Secretary Information Syed Qamar Zaidi termed the following in the holy principles of Muhammad (SAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) only way to get rid of problems being faced by the Islamic world. He urged the need of sticking to Imam-e-Zamana (A.S.). He said at present whole world is waiting for a healer who will fill the oppression-filled earth with justice and equity. This would happen only when Mehdi Mo’oud by reappearing will flutter the flag of justice in the entire world. Condemning the terrorism being continued in the whole world, Zaidi termed the measures taken by President Musharraf against terrorism as voice of the whole nation and strongly demanded effective implementation of Anti-Terrorism Act, tightening of noose around banned groups that are active with new names and part of political alliances, checking of their financial abstracts through NAB and tackling them with iron hand.
On this occasion, different Qasida Khwans paid rich poetic homage in the respected court of Imam-e-Zamana (A.S.). 101 pound cake from MSO Karachi Company Unit was cut to celebrate the auspicious occasion. Caravans from Qasr-e-Abu Talib Rawalpindi, Imambargah Nasirul Aza, Darbar Sakhi Shah Pyara Chuhr Harpal, Chittiyan Hatyan, Khayaban Sir Syed, Tarlai Kalan, Ali Mosque G-7, Dhok Ratta, Dhok Syedan, Saddar, Mahalla Imambara, Satellite Town, Morgah, Hussainabad, Pind Sangriyal, Shah Allah Ditta, Shehzad Town, Dhok Ali Akbar and dozens of other sites, performing collective qasida khawani arrive at the bank of Rawal Lake where Allama Basharat Hussain Imami recited collective prayer of consigning arizajaat to the water, and thousands of devotees sent their arizajaat to Imam-e-Asr (A.S.). Bawa Syed Riaz Hussain Shah offered collective prayer. In Qasr-e-Abu Talib, a Justice Day gathering was held under the arrangements of Anjuman Ghulaman-e-Abu Talib (A.S.). Chairman Mukhtar Force Pakistan (MFP) Guardian Council Chauhdry Abu Bedar Ali, Poet Aqeel Mohsin Naqvi, Molana Khurshid Haider Jawadi, Zakir Karam Hussain Shah Hakimal, Zakir Sajjad Hussain Shah Jasoki and Syed Naseer Hussain Sabzawari addressed followed by performance of 15 Shaban Amaal. A caravan of devotees consisting of ten buses departed on this occasion for Rawal Dam under the arrangements of MSO Cantt to consign arizajaat to water. Allama Zahid Kazmi, Zakir Sarfaraz Hussain Karbalayi, Raees Abbas Rizvi, Raza Kazmi and others addressed a festival at Imambargah Nasirul Aza organized by MSO Rawalpindi city. After performing amaal, caravan of devotees headed to Rawal Dam. Allama Basharat Hussain Imami, Zakir Sajid Ali Sajid and others addressed a function organized by Matmi Dasta Qamar Bani Hashim (A.S.) at Qasr-e-Khadija tul Kubra (A.S.). Matmi Dasta Sakhi Shah Pyara Chuhr Harpal organized a Justice Day Mehfil. Allama Matloob Taqi, Khateeb-e-Fateh Furat, Aqeel Mohsin Naqvi, Zakir Agha Fida Hussain and Zakir Zakiul Hasnain addressed. Meanwhile, similar gatherings marking Justice Day were also held in Lahore, Jehlum, Multan, Sialkot, Faisalabad, Sheikhupura, Karachi, Haiderabad, Larkana, Dadu, Nawabshah, Kherpur Miras, Mirpur Khas, D.G.Khan, Mianwali, Sahiwal, D.I.Khan, Quetta, Peshawar, Kohat, Attock, Skardu, Gilgil, Muzaffarabad and many other cities and towns.
